The Unified Coalition of Worlds, to which Stellar Fleet and the Association of Research and Space Exploration (A.R.S.E) belong, is a treaty drawn up after the end of the Tremblay War.
32 planets and planetary systems so far are members of the Coalition and it is growing rapidly.
